Current Vacancies

Senior Support Worker

We are recruiting for experienced health and care workers who are willing to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings and weekends)
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience in the health and social care sector and be able to coach and support colleagues?
Ideally you will also have a good understanding and a keen interest in supporting people with a wide range of health and social care needs.

Pay includes paid travel time between clients.

A full Driving Licence is required and access to a vehicle for use at work would be preferable but not essential as we have company pool cars.

Deputy Team Leader

As a Deputy Team Leader you will work alongside carers to provide support in the community. Could you be a good role model to others and someone able to guide and support the team? The role needs people able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities.

You will need to hold a NVQ or Diploma 3 in Health and Social Care or have at least 5 years’ experience of supporting young adults in their own homes or family homes.

Because we support clinically vulnerable clients, PPE is essential in helping to stop transmission of COVID-19 from client to staff and vice versa. Therefore, currently all staff regardless of their role, are required to wear a face mask plus other PPE.
