🌟 Support Worker
Location: Angmering and Ferring
Pay: £12.27 – £13.41 per hour (depending on experience) + enhanced rates for unsocial hours
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities. Some of the individuals we support have epilepsy, so experience in this area would be beneficial, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping people lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. This includes supporting with daily activities, personal care, health needs, and accessing the local community. Every day is different — you might be helping with meal preparation, providing travel training, supporting someone on a day out, or simply offering conversation and companionship.
Shifts are mainly during the day and will include some weekend work on an alternating weekend basis. Sleep-in shifts are available, and there may also be opportunities to cover waking night shifts if this is something you would like to take on.

- Kind, patient, and caring nature
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn (training provided)
- Experience of epilepsy is an advantage, but not required

🌟Deputy Team Leader
Location: East Preston / Angmering
Supporting Young Adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism
Are you an experienced carer ready to take the next step? Do you want a role where you can truly make a difference, lead others, and have fun while doing it?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Deputy Team Leader to support a dedicated team of carers assisting young adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their best lives in their own homes.
About the Role
As Deputy Team Leader, you will:
- Support and motivate a team of carers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead by example, encouraging positive attitudes and best practice
- Help individuals develop daily living skills, social skills, and independence
- Support people to access community activities, holidays, days out, and new experiences
- Work closely with the Team Leader to improve standards, skills, and confidence within the team
- Enable individuals to overcome barriers and discover new opportunities

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Care (or is currently working towards it or willing to)
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
- Knowledge and understanding of Autism
- Awareness of Epilepsy and Diabetes (desirable)
- A positive and proactive approach to leadership
- A genuine passion for supporting others to live independent and fulfilling lives

📋A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for use at work would be preferable but is not essential as we have a small fleet of Fiat 500 cars.
Travel time is paid and mileage is paid at 45p a mile.
