We are local people who know your local area. Initially the Egalité team included many family members, who remain a fundamental part of our team today. They provide the drive and vision for our care company. Many others have joined us over the years as the company grew.
Alongside this steady growth we have maintained the personal touch and familiarity that are our ethos. Many staff have stayed with us since the early days. We have a high retention rate for the care sector which enables continuity of care and that is so important.
Our carers and team leaders are experienced in supporting a wide range of care needs and additionally have the professionally qualified and highly trained management support overseeing the care.
Our staff undertake ongoing regular training and development. We work closely with local colleges and national organisations such as Skills for Care. Skills for Care’s role is to ensure that the adult social care workforce has the attitudes, values, skills and qualifications necessary to have the right people in the right place to deliver high quality social care.
